Sam is an experienced physiotherapist with 15 years of clinical practice, taking a holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment. He combines hands-on clinical experience with principles drawn from elite performance to deliver targeted, personalised care for everyone from elite athletes to recreational sports enthusiasts and office-based professionals.
His clinical experience spans upper-limb, lower-limb, spinal, and post-operative rehabilitation, treating both acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. Sam has worked in professional sport with Cork City Football Club, Munster Rugby, and Cork U19 GAA players, and has built his career across London and Ireland.
He continues to invest in professional development, having completed a Master's-level module in Strength and Conditioning and is currently working towards an Advanced Physiotherapy Master's. Outside the clinic Sam is a keen skier, rower, and runner who completed the London Marathon in 2017.
